The House helps guests choose the right Cotswolds stay, preview the local plan around it, and unlock selected local partners after booking.
We’re preparing our first Cotswolds launch edit for Q4 2026 and speaking with a small number of partners to shape the first House Key network.
Guests don’t just ask for a room. They describe the trip they want — dates, group, occasion, food, walks, wellness, transport and pace — and The House previews the stay and local plan together.
The House plans around selected premium stays, including boutique hotels, country-house hotels, inns with rooms, premium holiday lets, private houses, cottages and larger group stays.
Once the guest books directly with the hotel, holiday-let operator or owner, they return to The House and unlock their private House Key Plan.
Every stay is chosen for character and quality — then planned around the local experiences that make the trip.

House Key gives selected local partners access to a new demand layer: guests actively planning or confirming premium Cotswolds stays. During the Q4 2026 launch pilot there is no listing fee, subscription or commission — approved partners simply provide a private House Key benefit for guests.

For request-only services, we’ll agree a simple response time so guests know when to expect a reply. House Key works best when partners can respond quickly and reliably.
During the Q4 2026 launch pilot, there is no supplier listing fee, subscription or commission requirement. The ask is simply that approved House Key partners provide a private preferred rate, upgrade or added-value benefit for guests, along with clear service information, imagery, pricing guidance and a reliable response route.
