The House helps guests choose the stay where the trip around it works. Guests ask for the trip they have in mind. We match suitable stays, check availability and pricing, preview the trip through The House Edit, and route them to book direct. After booking, House Key unlocks their private Black Book.

We’re building our first Cotswolds collection for a Q4 2026 launch and speaking with a small number of selected accommodation partners.

Why The House

OTAs show the room. The House sells the trip.

OTAs are built to compare rooms, rates and reviews. The House is built around trip intent. A guest is not only asking where to sleep. They are asking whether the chef dinner works, whether there is a good pub nearby, whether the dog can come, whether the group can gather, and whether the weekend feels worth booking.

How the partnership works

The House creates demand. You keep the booking.

Layer one

New direct booking demand

Your selected stays appear inside The House when they fit the guest’s dates, budget, group, location and trip style. The guest books through your direct route. You keep the booking, payment and guest relationship.

Layer two

House Key for direct guests

Offer House Key to guests you have already acquired, as a direct-booking benefit, premium package inclusion or optional pre-arrival enhancement.

CommercialCommercial terms are agreed partner by partner: a success fee on validated introduced bookings, or agreed House Key activation terms where you already own the guest.
